The Dreadnaught sides and back are Padauk and the top is comprised of six separate pieces of 80 year old piano soundboard made of Sika Spruce.The binding is Maple and the neck is laminated with Mahogany Maple and Honduran Rosewood. The fretboard and bridge are Ebony and it has ebony bridge pins with a mother of pearl dot. It had classic Herringbone appointments. Waverly Tuners and a 25' scale length.
The Mahogany guitar is an Amherst Model with Mahogany back,sides,and top. The neck is solid mahogany and the binding is mahogany cut from the sides. The Ryan style armrest bevel also uses a mahogany laminate from the same piece of wood from the top. The fretboard and bridge are ebony. The bridge pins are bone with a ebony dot.
